I basically started messing around with an excellent stock photo here from deviantart and wound up with this, one of the best pieces of photo manipulation I have ever made.
As I made it, I came up with a concept of a kind of a surrealistic water angel.
Hope you enjoy watching it as much as I did creating it.

Brushes used: Water Wings from Media Design Blueprint
Rons Splash 2 from Renderosity at the time they were available.
The brushes were modified to suit my creative vision better.
